About This Emulators
Saturnin 0.40 is a Windows emulator for the Sega Saturn console and Sega Titan Video (ST-V) arcade hardware. A PC attempt to emulate those systems early on, released in December 2005. The emulator improved compatibility and sound . But emulation was still slow and some audio features were not complete . The emulator uses OpenGL for graphics and needs suitable BIOS files to run supported software. Saturnin is a legacy project that is no longer maintained, so its compatibility and performance can’t be compared to modern Sega Saturn emulators. Still interesting for retro-gaming enthusiasts who are looking into the history of console emulation.
