About This Emulators

Visual Boy Advance GX 2.3.6 is a homebrew emulator for the Nintendo Wii and GameCube. It is based on VisualBoyAdvance-M and allows users to play supported Game Boy, Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance games on supported Nintendo hardware. Its console-like user interface includes game browsing, controller configuration, and save management for classic handheld titles. Version 2.3.6 was released in December 2016, restoring WiiFlow plugin functionality, fixing the overlapping file-browser window problem, and removing the update-check feature. The emulator also supports save states, game-save files, controller customization, display scaling and loading games from compatible SD cards or USB storage. It also supports IPS/UPS patches and compressed game archives Since it is homebrew software, the user will need a compatible console setup to be able to run it.
