Story

In Mr Bean's Wacky World, Mr Bean tries to rescue his beloved teddy bear, Teddy, after it is kidnaped. Mr Bean will have to visit different locations, pass obstacles and collect items needed to advance through the adventure. The wider story and game world also includes Irma Gobb. The trip is narrated in the same comic style that will be familiar to fans of the series, over-the-top situations, comical characters, and bizarre challenges. The game is more focused on exploration and gameplay objectives than on long dialogue or a complex story. The central rescue mission is a reason to work through the levels and solve the puzzles along the way.

Gameplay

It’s a mixture of 3D platforming, exploration and puzzle solving. Players control Mr Bean through levels, jump over hazards, interact with objects and search for collectibles. Some areas require keys or other objects to access treasure chests that contain jigsaw pieces. You can collect the pieces you need and complete a timed jigsaw puzzle to unlock the exit to the next area. Environmental puzzles can include moving crates, opening doors, using bombs to clear away obstacles, and finding ways to reach higher platforms. Instead of just running to the exit, players will have to pay attention to the surroundings. Mini-games offer a break from the platforming sections and cartoon enemies and hazards give some action to the exploration.
